NU-TEK ROOF SYSTEMS offers over 30 years of experience in commercial re-roofing, commercial roof system repair, solar system integration, and commercial roof preventative maintenance to consultants.
During that time, nearly half of our projects have come to us through our relationships with the roof consulting community. We have relationships with many of the most successful consultants and consulting firms in the US, for whom we have delivered hundreds of successful projects.
Because of our long-standing consulting group relationships, we know we play our role on these projects well.

We can be involved as much or as little in developing roof specifications and design as your process requires.
We have non-solicit agreements in place now and have, on very few occasions, politely declined to do direct work for one of our consulting partner’s clients when approached.
Our crews are highly skilled. They comply with all regulations and training requirements and have installed thousands of roofs in our region.
Our project managers oversee the execution of projects with a communication plan that goes through you and your team.

- All crews are lift trained, carded/certified.
- All field employees are trained in First Aid/CPR, Lead, and Asbestos awareness.
Construction Project Management
Like any project, construction project management is a complex undertaking with many potential points of failure.
Once we are engaged, Nu-Tek uses the information from construction drawings and documents to create a bill of materials that will specify the required materials and labor.
Our knowledge of local building codes is critical during this stage to Consultants.
